A Practical Introduction to MCP for Marketers — Designing the Connections Between Ads, GA, and CRM, and Building a System That Lets AI Run on Its Own

A Practical Introduction to MCP for Marketers — Designing the Connections Between Ads, GA, and CRM, and Building a System That Lets AI Run on Its Own

Overview

More and more marketers now make AI a routine part of their work using ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. But "getting work done with AI" and "having AI run on its own" are two entirely different things.

As long as you open a tool every time you want to check ad numbers, copy and paste GA data, and reconcile it against your CRM—shuttling between tools while a human stitches the data together—AI remains nothing more than "a tool that carries out the tasks it's told to." To achieve a self-driving AI, you need to design the mechanism that connects the tools to one another.

In fact, we often hear things like:

  • "Our ad, GA, and CRM data are all scattered, so we gather the data by hand every time we analyze anything…"
  • "I want ChatGPT to run the analysis, but handing over the data takes so much effort that I end up doing it myself…"
  • "I know the term MCP, but I can't picture concretely how to design it for marketing work…"

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a standard mechanism for connecting AI to tools and data. Use it, and your ad data, GA, and CRM become connected to AI in real time, eliminating the steps of "gathering the data" and "pasting it in by hand." You reach a design where AI retrieves the information it needs on its own and runs everything from analysis to recommendations autonomously.

In this seminar, a marketer who actually connects tools via MCP will explain, on a hands-on basis, everything from the design mindset to concrete connection architectures and rollout steps.

What You'll Learn

① The basics of MCP and the overall design of "how to use it in marketing work"

We clarify what MCP is and how connecting AI to your tools changes things, and share concrete design patterns for integrating ads, GA, and CRM.

② How to connect ad data, GA, and CRM via MCP and build a system where AI runs on its own

We explain concretely which data to hand AI and when—the thinking behind connection design, along with architectures that are actually working in practice.

③ A rollout roadmap for starting small and automating the whole

We'll share the priorities and implementation steps for starting with a single tool integration and gradually expanding the scope of what AI runs autonomously.

Who Should Attend

  • Anyone who has brought AI into their work but still has a "hand the data over manually" step that has become a bottleneck
  • Anyone who wants to analyze ad, GA, and CRM data across the board but spends effort every time they cross between tools
  • Anyone interested in MCP and external tool integration who hasn't been able to take the first step because they don't know how to use it concretely in marketing work
  • Anyone who wants to design a system that lets AI "run on its own" rather than "do things for you," and fundamentally change their team's productivity

The foundation for getting AI to run on its own isn't "polishing your instructions"—it's "building the design that connects your tools and data." This seminar shares, on a hands-on basis, marketing-specific connection design using MCP and the mechanics of making AI self-driving. We look forward to having you join us.
