About Marketing Agenda

Marketing Agenda is an invitation-only conference that brings together the marketing leaders and management of Japan's foremost operating companies. Marketers from more than 200 major companies in Japan and abroad—including KDDI, SUBARU, Fujitsu, Daikin Industries, Recruit, Kirin, and Rakuten Group—have participated to date.

The 2026 theme is "The Evolution of the Marketer." It is a three-day, two-night retreat-style program that re-examines the essence of marketing while keeping pace with technological change. Background to the Session

There is a wide gap between "using AI" and "getting results with AI."

As general-purpose AI such as ChatGPT and Gemini becomes widespread in marketing, structural challenges remain unresolved: generated outputs drift from brand guidelines, the PDCA cycle still depends on manual effort, and quality grows less consistent the more you mass-produce.
